Important Class Policies
All class bookings are non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance. Transfers to another class date may be considered on a case-by-case basis when notice is given prior to the event.
A minimum of 6 attendees is required for the class to take place.
If minimum attendance is not met, the class may be rescheduled or canceled. Guests will be offered either:
a full refund, or
the option to transfer to a future class date.
Kaiwylde Botanica reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or low enrollment.

Feel free to bring small sea shells or meaningful coastal treasures to personalize your candle. Comfortable clothing is recommended as this is a hands-on creative workshop.
